POLITICIANS WITH DEAD CONSCIENCE - LIKE YAR'ADUA LIKE SUNTAI

Image
To say Many Politicians do not have a conscience is an understatement, they are callous and wicked. In a Nation of so much poverty, can our Politicians justify entertaining guest with champagne that cost as much as 150,000 Naira a bottle in cartons and on daily basis? Why fly Private Jets in the midst of so much lack? Must they travel in long conveys, even in the face of Fuel Scarcity? Nothing typifies the heartlessness of Many Politicians as much as their failure to pay civil servants their meager Monthly Income. I have stated elsewhere that our failure to ask those we elected or allowed to be selected into Public Office questions is one contributing factor to their display of arrogance and disdain for the masses. Why were the Governors unable to pay Salaries (Including some States that pockets 13% Derivation Monthly)? Governance is all about Management, we knew of the dwindling Oil revenue, how come we were unprepared for it? Yes we hail the so called Bail

TRAINING WILL FIX IT

In our training, we always emphasize the place of the subconscious mind in determining how an individual tackles their assignment   For instance, a staff with an extreme poverty mentality will believe that every item on sale is expensive and that’s the vibration they emit. Knowing that “You are your first customer” such a staff will not close many deals   As we approach the festive season with businesses competing for limited customers with less spending power, no customer who steps into our hall should be allowed to return without making a buy.   Our training manual on ensuring every encounter ends with a sale is what your crew needs   Contact us Now: thebikomeaffairs@gmail.com 08080602397 07030541381

AS AN EMPLOYEE, DON'T MAKE THIS MISTAKE

Image
“Do your part and the rest will fall into place.” ~ Anonymous   My Late Mum used to admonish me, "Always ask yourself, if I don't do it, then who will?" That has shaped my work ethic.   I don't agonize at a task that takes fifteen minutes or worry about a colleague who doesn’t pull their weight. All we can do is our part. And when we do that to the best of our ability, we will find out that the puzzle will fall together the way they’re supposed to.   Imagine if all of us did what we were supposed to and were being paid to do. The results would be mind-blowing. The beauty of it is that everything you do is for yourself. Don't make the mistake as an employee of thinking that you are working for someone else.

BEFORE THE NIGHT COMES

BEFORE THE NIGHT COMES "We must quickly carry out the tasks assigned us by the one who sent us. The night is coming, and then no one can work." ~ John 9:4 NLT In the ever-evolving world of business, every entrepreneur needs to find ways to; ✓ Increase visibility ✓ Increase footfall ✓ Increase market value ✓ Maintain reasonable profit and ✓ Generally remain relevant in their chosen field.

Dedicate Yourself To Life Long Learning

Image
A wise man once said "Invest more time in developing yourself than you do on your job" Leaders are learners, and continuous learning is key to the 21st Century. In your field or in any field My challenge for you this week is to commit to becoming a lifelong student of self-improvement. Humans have more ability and more intelligence than we could ever use if we were to work on developing ourselves for the rest of our lives. We are far smarter than we can ever imagine, there is no obstacle that we cannot overcome, no problem that we cannot solve, and no goal that we cannot achieve by applying our minds to any situation but our minds like our muscles only develop with use. There are several keys to lifelong learning:

TINUBU: IS THIS THE SHAPE OF THINGS TO COME?

Image
TINUBU: IS THIS THE SHAPE OF THINGS TO COME? “Maturity is the capacity to endure uncertainty.” ~ John Huston Finley Nigerians by now are used to the unpredictability of governance as we have endured mostly uncertainty in the past eight (8) years But I think supporters and none supporters of BAT would have hoped for a better way to commence his days in office and not to be welcomed with uncertainty occasioned by a needless pronouncement and the nightmare of fuel scarcity that followed  Having a positive start for the administration would have given the nay sayers the impression that there may be light at the end of the tunnel after all.  The damage control notwithstanding, it's obvious our President is convinced that if Nigerians either directly or Mahmoudly opted to have him as president amidst uncontrolled inflation, bitting fuel scarcity and unavailability of cash due to the ill conceived and not well thought out policy of currency redesign his Party embarked upon, then we are a
