A situation that promotes mediocrity that has lead to under performance or non performance in almost all the States it controls. Their reaction is that of cynicism and outright condemnation. Many even ask if a sane Government will ever sign an agreement with a group that had wrecked so much havoc in our land, querying if the United States of America will ever enter into such agreement with groups such as Al-Qaeda or ISIS? When knowledgeable men begin to peddle rumors and conjure conspiracy theories, you begin to wonder where we are heading as a people.  The fact that God Loves Nigeria is incontestable, but using that Love to buttress some sort of Conspiracy against Nigeria is the real poppycock and bunkum.
