BE MINDFUL: Habits are formed and or sustained by repetition. Our brains are wired to protect us, so they tend to enjoy anything that you consistently do. That's why it's very easy to imbibe an habit albeit a bad one than break it.

Notice two important keywords here: ▪Repeated & ▪Daily Repetition is the mother of learning. We should recognise the extraordinary power of repetition. Repetition brings consistency and consistency results in proficiency; it is proficiency that really shapes our lives.

MAKE THAT CHANGE: The late Pop legend Michael Jackson in one of his hit songs has these lines "....(If you want to make the world a better place) Take a look at yourself, and then make a change......"   ~ Michael Jackson - Man in the Mirror (2012 Remaster)  We have known for long that "It's our habits that defines our habitat" but more often we feel helpless in our old habits and continue with the same pattern of living, working, spending, sleeping, tv-ing, gaming, etc hoping someday some outside force will help break the circle.
