  In our training, we always emphasize the place of the subconscious mind in determining how an individual tackles their assignment   For instance, a staff with an extreme poverty mentality will believe that every item on sale is expensive and that’s the vibration they emit.   “Do your part and the rest will fall into place.” ~ Anonymous   My Late Mum used to admonish me, "Always ask yourself, if I don't do it, then who will?" That has shaped my work ethic.   I don't agonize at a task that takes fifteen minutes or worry about a colleague who doesn’t pull their weight. All we can do is our part. And when we do that to the best of our ability, we will find out that the puzzle will fall together the way they’re supposed to.   Imagine if all of us did what we were supposed to and were being paid to do. The results would be mind-blowing. The beauty of it is that everything you do is for yourself. Don't make the mistake as an employee of thinking that you are working for someone else.
