WHAT DOES IT MEAN TO THINK?

For the purpose of our discussion, our working definition is “The use of one’s mind actively to form connected ideas”

IS IT EASY TO THINK?

Thomas Edison said “Five percent of the people think; ten percent of the people think they think; and the other eighty – five percent would rather die than think.” George Bernard Shaw puts that figure less.
Thinking is work, that’s why someone once said “If hard work is all that is needed to succeed, Truck Pushers will be the wealthiest people in the World” the new slogan is “Work Smart, not hard” put your Brain to work.


                        


 IT ALL BEGINS WITH AN IDEA

Everything you see around you was someone’s idea; the Airplanes, Ships, Telephone etc, was once ideas that are today the reality we see, use and enjoy. The world is waiting to benefit from your idea, if you can’t invent a new product, think of how to improve on an existing one. Our Nation is bedeviled with a myriad of challenges just the needed raw materials for Productive and Critical Thinking minds.

Normal Vincent Peale said “Empty pockets never held anyone back. Only empty heads and empty hearts can do that.”  
Your empty pocket now does not imply empty head; it’s time to put on our thinking caps. All of us can’t get Government appointments or contract, stop waiting for manna to fall from the sky, God has already bestowed upon you all you need to succeed and as our Father, Bishop David Oyedepo said “If you can think, what you have is enough”

 It’s OK to doubt what you had been taught to believe

To say Many Politicians do not have a conscience is an understatement, they are callous and wicked. THE KAIAMA DECLARATION ALMOST 16 YEARS AFTER ~ WHERE DID WE MISS IT  - Part 1 One of the best pieces of Declaration and one that changed the way the Ijaws were viewed by the Nigerian State is The Kaiama declaration. 11 th December, 2014 will make it 16 years since that Historical document authored by some of the best minds in the Ijaw Nation was made.
