We have in our brains something scientist call "RETICULAR ACTIVATING SYSTEM" (RAS) it's function is to filter information that is needful for you per time. That is why, until you make up your mind about a particular issue or item, it will not leave a lasting impression on your mind. For instance; when you make up your mind to buy a particular brand of car, you notice more of that brand on the road. A lot of the success we seek is within, not without, a wise man once said "Help does not come from abroad, but above" You Plus God makes an unbeatable combination and as our Father Bishop (Dr.) David O. Oyedepo puts it "There are no mountains anywhere, every mans ignorance is his mountain" these Weekly Stimulants is meant to feed your faith and starve your doubts and spur you to take massive action. 



There is also the "Subconscious Mind" that we have to deal with.

according to Merriam-Webster Dictionary, the "Subconscious exist in the part of the mind that a person is not aware of: existing in the mind but not consciously known or felt." Most of the actions we take and had become habits is a product of our subconscious mind.


Lets use the account of the Man by the Pool of Bethesda according to St. John's Gospel Chapter 5 verse 1 to 9 to illustrate what we are talking about. The man had been in that same spot for 38 long years held back by an invisible barrier occasioned by his subconscious believe that he needs someone to assist him get to the pool. According to the New Living Translation, when he was asked by Our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ "Would you like to get well" his response "I can't sir,"



How many of us are like that man, with the mindset that we are were we are today because we have "No Man"? you don't need a man, all you need is God with a massive believe in yourself and the sky is your Launchpad, stop blaming your parents or your rich Uncle or Aunt, they were not born rich, they worked hard for their wealth and so can you. You are not where you are today because of OBJ, Yar'dua, Goodluck or Buhari, those making it in-spite of the harsh economic climate, don't have two heads.




Challenge your believes today, its ok to doubt what you have been taught to believe.
