It seems that a section of those in Power in The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Delta State are keen on laying credence to the thoughts of Emma Goldman. They want the world to believe that Voting changes nothing. Our Great Party's Code of Conduct stipulates the following:
. Adherence to All Electoral Laws
1. Members, Aspirants, Candidates or Agents of the Peoples Democratic Party shall adhere to the provisions of the following:-
i. The Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria;
ii. INEC Laws, Rules and Regulations;
iii. The Electoral Act, 2010;
iv. The Party’s Guidelines for Congresses, Primaries and National Convention in force;
v. The PDP Constitution;
vi. The PDP Code of Conduct;
Where is the adherence to the Laws when we impose candidates that never took part in a congress as those who won and go ahead to swear them in on a National Public Holiday? Where is adherence to the laws when we willfully and deliberately disobey court orders?
It’s our firm conviction that this illegality has not been brought to the attention of the Party Hierarchy at the State and National level.

THE KAIAMA DECLARATION ALMOST 16 YEARS AFTER ~ WHERE DID WE MISS IT  - Part 1 One of the best pieces of Declaration and one that changed the way the Ijaws were viewed by the Nigerian State is The Kaiama declaration. 11 th December, 2014 will make it 16 years since that Historical document authored by some of the best minds in the Ijaw Nation was made.
