One of the Chairmanship Aspirants under the umbrella
of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Burutu Local Government Area in the forth coming Local Government Elections in Delta State had been magnanimous
in defeat, congratulating the Party’s flag bearer Chief Ebikeme Clark and
commending the fatherly role played by the Governor of the State His Excellency
Dr. Emmanuel Eweta Uduaghan (CON).
Dr. Adagbabiri who holds a Ph.D in Public
Administration from the University of Ekpoma retired as a Deputy Director of
Administration from the Delta State Local Government Civil Service after 35
years of Meritorious Grassroots Service, Prayed God to grant His Excellency
More wisdom for him to continue with his visionary services to the people of
the State and Humanity in General, urging Deltans to rally round the Governor
for him to finish strong.
Dr. Adagbabiri’s unblemished and distinguished years
of Service saw him serve as either Acting or Head of Personnel Management/Secretary
or as Head of Personnel Management in SAPELE, IKA NORTH EAST, ETHIOPE WEST,
BOMADI, ISOKO NORTH, NDOKWA WEST, ISOKO SOUTH, OKPE, ANIOCHA and twice in BURUTU Local
Government Areas of the State described Chief Ebikeme Clark as his beloved
younger brother from the same Kiagbodo Community, the same ward 8 in the
Council Area asserting that "Papa Clark is our Father and our National Leader."
Dr. Adagbabiri who was Acting Chairman of Ndokwa
West Local Government from Dec. 2003 – April 2004; Burutu Local Government Area
April – Oct. 2007 and again Burutu Local Government Area May 2011 – Nov. 2012
with several projects to show in all Council Areas believes that if two
brothers are vying for a position, it takes a caring father to intervene and
that was what His Excellency did in the Burutu LGA Chairmanship tussle,
expressing deep appreciation to the Governor and the Leadership of the Party in
the Council Area for their intervention.
A part – time lecturer in the Regular and weekend
degree programs of Delta State University Study Centre in the College of
Education, Warri department of Political Science and the Winneba
University of Education, Ghana College of Education Warri Study Centre, handles

25, 2014 Council Polls.
