1) NO TIME: A wise man once said, “people create time for the things they love.” So the problem is not about time, its about prioritizing. what you as an entrepreneur place more premium on? The consistent, progressive growth of the establishment through the road of training or business as usual?

2) NO MONEY: You are the risk taker no doubt and you deserve to get that new car, build a bigger house, threat the family to an expensive vacation or even marry a second wife but you must plough some of the profit back into the business. Going by Zig Ziglar's perspective, that should include investing on the people that is helping you build the business. THE KAIAMA DECLARATION ALMOST 16 YEARS AFTER ~ WHERE DID WE MISS IT  - Part 1 One of the best pieces of Declaration and one that changed the way the Ijaws were viewed by the Nigerian State is The Kaiama declaration. 11 th December, 2014 will make it 16 years since that Historical document authored by some of the best minds in the Ijaw Nation was made.
