DO YOU HAVE A BUDGET FOR TRAINING?

The year is coming to an end, smart entrepreneurs are already planning for the year ahead or fine tuning their projections.

Talking to an entrepreneur recently, it dawned on me that many entrepreneurs do not have a Projection for the coming year and don’t even consider training as crucial to budget for.

Someone defined madness as doing the same thing over and over again but expecting to get a different result.

Break the circle. Do your projection for the coming year and above all have a sizeable budget for training.

One CEO asked me; what if I train the people and they run away? 
My simple reply; what if they don’t run away???

In vain you build your Company if you do not first build the people, this is so vital, the great Zig Ziglar said; “ you don’t build a business, you build the people and then the people build the business”

We are here to bridge the gap!

THE KAIAMA DECLARATION ALMOST 16 YEARS AFTER ~ WHERE DID WE MISS IT  - Part 1 One of the best pieces of Declaration and one that changed the way the Ijaws were viewed by the Nigerian State is The Kaiama declaration. 11 th December, 2014 will make it 16 years since that Historical document authored by some of the best minds in the Ijaw Nation was made.
