DON’T BE SO NEGATIVE ABOUT TRAINING!

Was privileged to watch a Football March involving Nigeria with an Entrepreneur and his remark at the end of the march struck me as instructive to all Business People.

He said “observing them play, you can tell, they have not trained together for long”

Now I ask you “Is Training necessary for peak performance in Sports? If yes? Why not apply same to your Business?

“What is good for the Goose is good for the Gander”  if training is good for Football Teams, Military and Paramilitary, then training is a must for your personnel.

A military style training that instills Strong work ethics, Cultural Competency, Grit and Leadership Development. Qualifies any employer would want.

Most entrepreneurs are so negative about training but they expect the workforce to perform at their optimum. Na magic?

Can you imagine what a Military Style Training can do for your organization?

THE KAIAMA DECLARATION ALMOST 16 YEARS AFTER ~ WHERE DID WE MISS IT  - Part 1 One of the best pieces of Declaration and one that changed the way the Ijaws were viewed by the Nigerian State is The Kaiama declaration. 11 th December, 2014 will make it 16 years since that Historical document authored by some of the best minds in the Ijaw Nation was made.
