WHAT IS THE TRAJECTORY OF YOUR STAFF CAREER?

One motivating factor in the work place is the prospect of growth. Life is all about the need for physical, emotional, intellectual and Spiritual Growth.


One thing that is true of all Humans is that in order to survive, we must grow because anyone that is not growing Stagnates and ultimately dies.

As an entrepreneur when you make it a habit to fill existing management positions from outside, you are killing the moral of your staff. When a staff had been in a position for many years with insignificant improvement in his or her wellbeing, they loose enthusiasm.

You need a well laid out Career Growth trajectory that each staff can identify with that will be a catalyst to boost their Motivation, Productivity and relevance.

We are here to bridge the gap.

THE KAIAMA DECLARATION ALMOST 16 YEARS AFTER ~ WHERE DID WE MISS IT  - Part 1 One of the best pieces of Declaration and one that changed the way the Ijaws were viewed by the Nigerian State is The Kaiama declaration. 11 th December, 2014 will make it 16 years since that Historical document authored by some of the best minds in the Ijaw Nation was made.
